Participation by the Workforce Investment System (WIS) is key for delivering successful TrainToWork and TrainToAdvance Programs under the Human Capital Academy. Workforce Investment System partners provide pre-employment services, intensive services as well as education and career counseling to Displaced Workers to help them re-enter the productive community workforce.
HCA Community Partnership Benefits:

HCA Community Partnership Requirements:
- Partner must be willing to provide labor market data
- Partner must have current displaced/incumbent workforce development funding
- Partner must designate a point of contact for participation in the local community Human Capital Academy Steering Committee
