Both the TrainToWork and TrainToAdvance Programs under the Human Capital Academy are founded on our HCA Methodology and Adaptive Learning Solutions Engine (ALSE). The use of our Methodology and Tools allows for a consistent, reliable approach for both displaced and incumbent workforce development solutions.
Our Human Capital Academy Methodology consists of three distinct phases:
- Assessment - Assessment begins with understanding the business objectives of the organization and the learning needs of the individual, both internal (employees) and external (candidates). This is achieved through two assessment types:
- Employer Assessments that assess the job-specific skill needs of the organization necessary to achieve mission-critical objectives.
- Workforce Assessments that measure the students’ current skills, learning preferences, and job readiness.
- Development – Using the results of the Employer and Workforce skills assessments, this phase produces a specific plan for closing the skills gaps identified during the assessment.
- Infusion – This phase integrates the appropriate solution set to produce optimal skills development then measures the impact and effectiveness of the solutions to provide continuous skill advancement and performance improvement.
Though the proprietary Adaptive Learning Solutions Engine (ALSE), TrainToAdvance incorporates the best in adult learning principles and combines it with the latest tools to deliver high quality solutions.
