Human Capital Academy : A Demand Driven Workforce Partnership


	The Human Capital Academy (HCA) is a community partnership between expanding employers, academic institutions, local economic development organizations, the public workforce development system and other community organizations focused on building demand driven workforce development solutions where the human capital needs of expanding employers (demand) are met by effectively building and advancing an employer-specific and job-ready labor force (supply).


	TrainToWork meets the human capital needs of expanding employers (demand) by building a job-ready workforce through the process of “re-skilling” currently displaced workers (supply).		TrainToAdvance identifies the human capital needs of expanding employers and provides effective training solutions that facilitate the “advancement” of their existing workforce.
