Expanding Employer Partners drive the demand for TrainToWork and TrainToAdvance Programs under the Human Capital Academy.  Expanding Employers can meet the demands of their business under the Human Capital Academy by having access to no/low cost services to obtain, train, and retain high-skilled workers.

HCA Community Partnership Requirements:

  1. Partner must have clear and established demand for skilled labor either incumbent or new hires
  2. Partner must participate in program development
  3. Partner must provide access to current job descriptions and employment evaluation data
  4. Partner must designate a point of contact for participation in the local community Human Capital Academy Steering Committee
