Community Organization partners contribure greatly to successful TrainToWork Programs under the Human Capital Academy. Community Organization partners provide access to workforce candidates, and other valuable ancillary services that impact the community.
HCA Community Partnership Benefits:

HCA Community Partnership Requirements:
- Partner must be willing to provide access to eligible program candidates
- Partner must designate a point of contact for participation in the local community Human Capital Academy Steering Committee
