Community Member

Description

Employers who have a clear and established demand for skilled labor.

Accredited Colleges and Universities whose mission is to serve the human capital needs of their community by helping employers prepare qualified workers for careers in emerging, high growth/high-demand and economically vital industries.

The public employment service system and adult employment and training programs funded under the Workforce Investment Act.

Organizations that help attract high growth/high-demand and economically vital labor and industries, and improve the long-term vitality of their community.

Organizations, both for profit and not-for-profit that have a key interest in community growth and development. 

Employed workers interested in enhancing their skills and career advancement.

Employers who are laying off or otherwise displacing employees.
